How Our Computer Repair Appointments Work

BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT
Choose a convenient date and time using our online booking calendar.
1. Click Book a Repair to open our Microsoft Bookings calendar (opens in a new browser tab).
2. Select your preferred appointment slot.
3. Enter your contact details and briefly describe the problem.
Your first step towards getting your computer working properly again.

CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
We’ll contact you to discuss the problem and make sure we understand what you need.
1. The hourly rate is £40 (most issues are resolved within the first hour, with a maximum 3 hours per session limit). An estimate will be given by the technician during the booking process.
2. Look out for your invoice in your email 'Inbox', including your 'Junk' or 'Spam' folder if necessary.
3. Complete payment as instructed.
4. Once payment is received, we’ll send your booking confirmation and calendar invitation.
Please check your email so you don’t miss any important information.

REMOTE DIAGNOSIS & REPAIR
At your appointment time, our technician will call you to assess the issue and explain the next steps.
1. We’ll check that your computer is switched on and connected to the internet.
2. We’ll email you a secure connection link for Zoho Assist, our remote support tool.
3. Follow the instructions to let our technician connect and investigate the problem.
You’re welcome to watch while we work. We encourage you to stay and see what we’re doing, but you can carry on with other tasks as long as you’re available if we need you.
We’ll explain any additional work or costs before proceeding where applicable.

CHECK & COMPLETE
Once the repair is finished, we’ll ask you to test your computer and confirm everything is working as expected.
1. We’ll check that the original issue has been resolved.
2. Your technician will answer any questions and explain any work carried out.
3. If we’re unable to complete the agreed repair, we’ll arrange a full refund in line with our repair terms.
Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
If you are inside our operating area (see the map above) we can then offer an onsite repair or replace solution.
