Carl is the nicest and most helpful man you could wish to meet! Had an issue with my laptop charger and Carl came to my house (free of charge) to collect my laptop and charger, sorted the problem, provided me with the new part, delivered back to my house for free, and when I received the invoice, he only ever charged me for the new part and no charge for his time or work! Carl stayed at my house to ensure my laptop was working again and informed me that he had put a complimentary help system on my laptop and updated it. I will be keeping Carl's number handy as I would not trust anyone else to work to the same high standard that Carl has!

Having problems with my printer, or so I thought, so contacted Carl at CBT. He came out to me within 24hrs, and after checking everything, it was found not to be the printer, but Windows 11 had corrupted my laptop. Took the lap top back to his premises, took the system back to basics, re-loaded Windows 10, all my programs and data and 24hrs later returned my laptop. A follow up call within the next couple of days to check everything was ok. With service like this, and reasonably priced, you cannot complain. First class service from a pleasant knowledgeable gentleman. Well satisfied.

Carl was absolutely brilliant. I had an external hard drive and the drive on my laptop die within days of each other (he was dealing with my external drive when my laptop gave up). Carl picked up my stuff the same day I called. He kept me updated on progress, the outcome was much better than I expected (he repaired my laptop with a much better drive when I feared I'd have to buy a new one) and his invoices were very reasonable. I've no hesitation in giving Carl my unreserved recommendation.
